I have worked in the Structured Finance, Structured Asset Finance, Leasing and Asset Finance and Capital Markets industry for nearly 25 years across a range of institutions from finance houses to corporate banks to investment banks.My skills over the years have incorporated cash flow modelling, credit, tax, accounting, legal documentation, negotiation, derivatives, product development, reg and compliance together with a thorough knowledge of a range of purpose built pricing and structuring software.Highlights have been being part of a very leasing successful leasing team at NatWest Markets in the early to mid 90s, co-forming a team at Greenwich NatWest in the late 90s disposing of leasing companies - the first 'big-ticket' transactions completed in the UK - and setting up the structured leasing team (of one!) at Deutsche Bank in 2000.
