I have been with the audio visual rental company since its inception, and therefore have been involved in;Implementing computer system and infrastructure,recruitment, purchasing, installing operational systems and then the management of all of the previous. The gaps in my time I fill in with project management of events, staff training and running a hire desk.

My role at Online AV was as a Project Manager of live events, and I managed a number of client accounts over my time at the company. This normally involved the complete delivery of the job from technical site visits and pre-production, to being onsite to ensure a faultless experience for the client.
