Worked on annual sales and volume forecasts for assigned therapeutic areas (antibiotics, antivirals, glaucoma and hormonal contraceptives). Forecasts were based on IMS Health audited data which was used to create a baseline. Events (e.g. patent expiries and new product launches) were then plotted on top of this baseline. This led to the creation of very granular forecasts taking into account all conceivable variables. Primary market research was conducted at the start of the process with face to face interviews with KOLs in the 7MM to assess physician attitudes towards developmental products.Conducted client training at client sites to assist with their understanding of our forecasts and the software supplied with our forecasts.
