Very interested in bringing my experience to the radio industry which was the first media business I pursued that led me to joining MTV right after it launched.BiographyPeter I. Tracy was AVP, Content Compliance & Contracts for AT&T, Entertainment Group, based in Los Angeles, CA. He directed and manages the Compliance Group responsible for DIRECTV & U-verse and there TV programming partners contractual compliance, particularly in the area of MFN (Most Favored Nations) compliance and audit for over 1,000 content related agreement and amendments. Tracy is a thirty-eight year veteran of the Cable TV industry. He has held a variety of positions in the industry that included content licensing, marketing, and customer service, on both the operator and programmer side of the business.Prior to joining AT&T, through the merger with BellSouth where he served as Director, Content Strategy & Development with BellSouth Entertainment dating back to 1997, he served as Vice President of Marketing for Fanch Communications in Denver and Intermedia Partners in Atlanta as a Regional Marketing Director. Tracy began his career in the industry in technical operations management with HBO and later at the Network Operations Center for MTV Networks. He received his B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1978.
