· A member of embedded platform software group for developing a 99.99% reliable Telco grade optical photonic switch for Metro Core using VxWorks embedded operating system. · Responsible for performance management in compliant with Telcordia(Bellcore) and ITU standards for gathering optical performance data for EDFA, AWG, transponder, center wavelength, optical signal to noise ratio, optical power, temperature, laser bias current, optical gain, etc.· Responsible for remote software upgrade to the optical switch node using TCP and Winsock Designed and implemented software image booting from different flash partition. · Developed a notification manager that interacted with SNMP agent for delivering system alarms and traps to EMS.· Programmed a Windows utility that allowed user to remotely debug and trace software stack through IP networks.· Responsible for Command Line Interface(CLI) for getting performance data and alarms through serial port.

· Software Manager- Designed Click-To-Meet’s ATM and IP video conferencing through Internet.- Investigated, prototyped, and recommended future product line and gave detailed technical reports to VP of engineering· Web Server Application Development – Project Lead- Developed a web based ATM video management platform for H.321 and H.320 using SQL database, COM objects, Javascript, HTML, and Active Server Page. The platform connected ATM & ISDN end-points, manages user account & privilege, creates schedule calls, makes least-routing calls, and monitors system resources.· Network Driver Development for Windows - Software Engineer- Developed ATM LAN-emulation NDIS drivers for IDT 77201 & 77211 ATM SAR chip for Windows 2000, Windows NT, & Windows 9X.- In charge of a classical IP over ATM protocol driver (RFC 1577) for Windows NT and Win 9X- Programmed NDIS device driver for ISA PnP 25Mb and 155Mb ATM adapter in OS/2, Windows NT and Windows 9X.
