A knowledgeable and innovative Lead Engineer, with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering as well as a MSC in Automotive Systems Engineering, which was completed whilst working full time. Peter has developed and integrated Side, Curtain and Knee Airbags and various Cabin Systems from concept to full scale production, including company leading products for weight, cost and performance. Peter is proficient with all aspects of being a Lead Engineer especially DVP planning, Part Releasing and Issue Resolution he is also trained to create and release CAD models . During his career he has worked closely with other commodities such as BIW, IP and Console and Seating, in addition to all attribute teams, meaning he has a wide knowledge that spans the Body Engineering arena. Working with colleagues offshore and working abroad means he also has excellent communication skills.
