Omdat in onze ogen er veel mensen zijn die niet op de juiste plek zitten zodat ze niet de kans krijgen om vanuit hun ware potentieel waarde toevoegen te aan de maatschappij. Helaas komt dit vaak door dat ze moeite hebben om bij het sociale systeem dat wij in Nederland kennen aan te kunnen aansluiten. Maar hoe mooi is het dat je niet klakkeloos in het systeem past want dat betekent dat je iets toe te voegen hebt, iets wat er nog niet is. Wij zien een beperking als een uniek talent en wij hebben de ervaring dat op het moment dat er een situatie wordt gecreëerd waarin zijn/haar unieke talent wordt aangesproken er fantastische dingen gebeuren. En wanneer dit gebeurd er geen sprake meer is van beperking, medelijden of subsidie. Mensen met een beperking vanuit het unieke talent dat ze hebben begeleiden naar maatschappelijke toegevoegde waarde is waar wij voor staan.Wij gaan dit doen in de technisch uitdagende omgeving van een makerspace, midden tussen de 3D printer, robots en andere techniek gaan we samen opzoek naar hun talent. We doen dit samen met techneuten uit het bedrijfsleven die hun ervaring en kennis delen. De deelnemers laten op hun beurt zien hoeveel waarde ze toevoegen in de innovatie.

The connection between technology, process and humans is the role I take within the teams and between the companies I work with. The creation of overview in the technical, process and project area is my added value. The background of physics, mechanics and communication in combination with my project experience result into a broad base. Often the projects have a close connection to physics, production technologies have to be invented or pushed to a new limit. I have worked on the development of production technology’s such as 3D printing, (laser)milling, (laser)welding, lithography, electron beam welding/milling etc. to create a solution within the projects. Parallel to the projects I’ve worked with trainees and schools to integrate technology and communication as early as possible into their lives. When possible I share the knowledge and experience gattered within the projects through training and consulting. This can be of the shelf trainings or tailor made to the needs of the company, or school.
