Role As Estimating ManagerBusiness development to help stimulate client business construction base utilizing my current business contact base.Plan the tender development including, tender strategy, identification and assignment of resources & tasks and develop tender programme. Ensure that a comprehensive risk and opportunity assessment is undertaken and that risks and opportunities are identified, priced and are accounted for in the estimate. Identify and ensure inclusion of any project specific clarification in the tender submission.Provide assistance and/or prepare written responses to non-financial tender criteria when appropriate/requested and subject to tender workload, including participation in Client interviews and selection workshops.Coordinate and ensure appropriate attendance at the progressive and final tender/project reviews. Ensure that all decisions taken are documented and expressed in the submitted tender and sign off obtained prior to lodging tender.Post Tender AwardProvide the Project Manager with clear, concise & complete documentation at tender handover and ensure they are fully briefed in the tender development.
