Lead an awesome team of Business Analysts and Technical Business Analysts who write the product requirements for technology enhancements. In additional to transforming Alliant's products, my team manages the intake process for all new vendors and technology enhancements, including facilitating the EPIC council which makes enterprise portfolio decisions and prioritization decisions for enterprise-wide technology projects at Alliant.

Promoted to Senior Manager PMO. Led a great team delivering enterprise solutions as the head of the Project Management Office. I also facilitated the Clearinghouse Council which guides the investment and execution of enterprise-wide technology projects for Alliant.

I lead the PMO for Alliant Credit Union as part of the Strategic Change Office. Change is our middle name. My team and I worked on enterprise projects to deliver value for our over 500,000 members. Alliant Credit Union is one of the best midsize companies to work for and I could not agree more.
