-Collaborated with club manager, grounds supervisor and garden committee regarding landscape needs by analyzing club recommendations and identifying viable solutions. -Guided the planting and maintenance of the containers, perennial, annual and shrub gardens to club standards resulting in inspirational and season-long interest. -Supervised supplementary grounds crew by providing clear and concise instructions for the completion of specific landscape projects. -Redesigned gardens for deer resistance by purchasing and installing deer resistant plants resulting in gardens that withstood the deer population.
