The Nature Conservancy has been working to conserve and protect the lands and waters on which all life depends in Solomon Islands for more than 30 years. We work closely with government, communities, NGOs, and private sector partners to deliver meaningful, measurable, science-based conservation impact. We work across communities so that all people can equitably access the benefits that nature provides.As Solomon Islands Country Director, I set the strategic direction for our conservation program. I'm ultimately responsible for the design, financing, promotion and execution of The Nature Conservancy's marine and terrestrial conservation initiatives across Solomon Islands.My role as Solomon Islands Country Director is on a fixed 3-year term. During this term, I am keenly focused on building capacity within The Nature Conservancy's Solomon Islands team to direct and manage our conservation program into the future.
