Set up a new online e-boutique selling home accessories, as well as a retail shop. My achievements include sourcing suppliers, creating the website, creating effective marketing campaigns, purchasing, accounts, order fulfilment and Search Engine Optimisation for the website. This time has enabled me to develop new skills, whilst gaining a good appreciation of the different functions and processes that are required to operate a small business, in the modern competitive world.

• Developed strategic and holistic relationships with a portfolio of 30 large corporate clients at an estimated value of £10M. Communicating across all levels from middle management to senior management.• Maintained and expanded existing accounts with additional products including Dental, Travel, Cash Plan, Health Assessments, Occupational Health and EAP’s.• Successfully managed relationships with the highly demanding Intermediary market to effectively negotiate renewals and generate new business opportunities, whilst exceeding their service and sales expectations. • Provided coaching and mentoring to new colleagues in experience rated medical insurance and risk assessment.

• Helped to set up the newly created SWIFT Consultancy team.• Initially responsible for the migration of a large amount of data and helped to rectify any issues that happened during this migration. • Supported the Technical Completion of the Group Questionnaire (GQ) in SWIFT, through working proactively with Corporate Account Managers for Experience Rated (Corporate) schemes.• Interpreting client needs, and then developing the new system and utilising my understanding of the technology available to me through the SWIFT system.• With an expanding team I was heavily involved in training and integrating new colleagues into the team.

• I was asked to lead a team of 8 analysts, with the responsibility to Chair daily progress meetings, Manage incident logs, Schedule facilities for User Acceptance testing activities, integration testing, regression testing, End to End testing and operational acceptance testing activities.• Also responsible for maintaining communication with senior management, the project & implementation managers, the development teams, and business UAT testers.

• Promoted to Corporate Field Account Manager to manage a large corporate portfolio of experience rated Private Medical Insurance estimated at £8m annual turnover in the B2B market.• Successfully negotiating renewal terms for a portfolio of existing clients as well as generating new business from key Intermediary accounts. Also achieved a successful track record in expanding existing schemes, as well as promoting BUPA’s additional products such as Dental, Health Assessments, Occupational Health and EAP’s.

• Responsibility for a portfolio of Company Health Schemes worth approx. £3 million. • Negotiating at Managing Director level on a day-to-day basis for the annual renewal and development of a company's Private Medical Insurance, whilst targeted to cross sell BUPA’s additional products.
