Following the launch June 2018 of Eco World London from what was Be Living Limited my job and role is now developing to take on a lead role and responsibility for Eco World London's compliance/adoption of the Eco World Class initiative, Quality, sustainability and innovation. I am also working across the business and with Willmott Dixon on GDPR Compliance and SOP's (New Standard Operating Procedures).

Leads Willmott Residentail Internal Audit function across all three operating Companies, Willmott Partnership Homes, Prime Place and Be:here. This includes the planning and overseeing of Compliance, regulatory and operational review/aduits. Conduct risk assemement reviews of business operations supporting the improvement and implementation of processes and procedures.

Back in the centre of Willmott Dixon's housing business reporting to WDH's COO. I am responsibile for ensuring consistency in company system compliance across all operating businesses. I promote and champion WDH improvement projects and take central housing responsibility for BSI registration, BIM, sustainability and social value.

Reverting back to my technical background I have been seconded into Willmott Dixon Housing Shefford business to run the technical department. This includes design managers, cordinators, as well as M&E team including CFSH and BIM.

I am part of Willmott Dixon's Housing executive reporting directly to our COO Charlie Scherer. My primary role is the account management of our internal development business Willmott Dixon Regen who deliver large mix use private sale and private rent schemes accross the UK. I am also charged with leading WD Housing input into both Scape and DPP2 frameworks, investigating and developing Funding and Finance options away from WDR, as well as leading on WDH committment to delivering our Sustainability & Environment aims.
