I have worked in the construction and development industry for nearly 30 years in various roles from technical, preconstruction and bid work through to compliance, audit, risk management and ESG (Sustainability). For nearly 20 years this has been at senior leadership and Director level. I was part of the leadership team at Willmott Dixon that delivered the 100% partnering-open book portfolio of work for Circle 33 (Circle Anglia Housing). I lead the tender bid function for the residential construction business when securing projects such as Tesco Woolwich and Brentford FC new stadium and associated infrastructure. I led the team that created a quality training academy facility and programme for Willmott Dixon Residential business, where I was part of the board that wrote and managed the business strategy programme. I have delivered three quality management system two of which were ISO9001 compliant. I have written and instigated the implementation of EcoWorld London’s ESG strategy.
