Responsible for Dyno Nobel and Incitec Pivot's manufacturing facilities in Australia. This includes the Phosphate based fertilizer and mining facility at Phosphate Hill, the sulphuric acid plant in Mt Isa, the 2 Single Superphosphate plants in Portland and Geelong as well as the nitrogen based fertilizer facility in Brisbane. The Dyno Nobel facilities include the initiating systems production facility in Helidon and the Nitric Acid/Ammonium Nitrate facility in Moranbah.

Responsible for the management of the ASX listed Incitec Pivot's Phosphate Hill operation. The facility comprises of a phosphate rock mine along with ammonia, phosphoric acid and granular fertilizer plants producing approximately 900-1000kt of ammonium phosphate fertilizer.

•The overall management of the Trunkline section of the New Multiproduct Pipeline Project (NMPP) moving petroleum products between Durban and Johannesburg. This section totals 554km of pipeline

•Responsible for the operational management (including mechanical maintenance) of 3 sulphuric acid plants, 2 phosphoric acid plants and a granular fertilizer plant.

Various roles including, Production Engineer, Process Engineer, Environment Engineer at Foskor Prior to 1997, started work at Venetia Mine (Near Musina) with the De Beers group with some commissioning work at Namakwa Sands in the Cape, South Africa
