CurrentI am currently bridging the QA-Customer gap during Escalations. I am helping to recommend releases for customers. I am analyzing their configs, workloads and scale to communicate and fill gaps in our ONTAP testing. I am presenting our progress and recommendations to our customers.I also have represented Netapp at Middle Schools in remote counties to encourage setting goals for their future.I was the NST Engineering lead for the ONTAP 8.2.1 Release. I revamped our bug deferral process to improve in the field quality. I led the SAN System Test team, covering FCP, iSCSI, and FCoE.I did functional verification of a new network protocol Direct Access File System(DAFS).I was on the first QA team for FCP and iSCSI. Previous to this Netapp did not suppport SAN storage. I started the stress testing for these protocols.
