Specialising and responsible for private / corporate transactions primarily focused on Property Development / Investment Finance > $15M+ for the Commonwealth Bank, in the Newcastle and the wider Central Coast / Northern NSW region. Whilst servicing a client base predominately located within Newcastle region, I also have relationships with a number of clients located nationally. Having established a signifigant and diversified client base over many years, this has enabled my team to be involved in a diverse and complex range of development, construction and long term hold, property transactions.Being involved in a myriad of sophisticated transactions during this time has provided ideal learnings/knowledge of the various challenges that my clients face, around issues such as nature, management, labour and varying government legislations at different levels to name a few. Providing solutions for my clients to assist mitigate risks, is part of what keeps driving me as a Banker everyday. My priority is to ensure every client interaction is a seamless and transparent process, by being front of mind at all times on communication and service delivery.
