This was a highly complex project due to the newness of the product to the bank and distinction from anything done by rabobank to date.• Managing the delivery of a mobile banking “App” on iPhone and Android. Bringing together vendors, internal infrastructure teams, Applications teams, Business Teams and Security to deliver a new offering to Rabobank clients.• As part of a T24 core banking upgrade it was necessary to upgrade Rabobank’s Client Management System, used for origination and managing Client products. Successfully delivering system upgrades in conjunction with the overall Program delivery.• Successfully delivering of Rabobank’s major Internet Banking upgrade under PRINCE2 methodology. The project aim is to deliver the latest version of the vendor’s Internet Banking product, with customisations to meet Rabobank’s needs and to upgrade hardware and supporting software.

    WESTPAC ONLINE TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMKey Responsibilities:• This is a large program of work, over $300m to replace Westpac’s Internet banking suite. The program incorporated customization of a package interfacing with middleware to existing and new Westpac systems.• Most recently managed a project to design and build the Payments functionality of the platform. Managing up to 20 members including Vendor resources. Managing resourcing, plans, schedule, risks and issues in order to deliver positive outcomes for the business.• Successfully delivered Design/Build/Test/Implementation phases of multiple (simultaneous) projects on existing and new Westpac systems to integrate with the new platform. These ranged from $10m “Financial Hub” project to $100k.• During times of extended absence and increasing workload on other PMs, I took over multiple projects and enabled progress to continue whilst adding my own value to the projects.Key achievements:• Adapted my Project Management knowledge and experience to run the Payments project bringing together Westpac and Vendor team members of all skill areas.• Successfully delivering multiple phases of the “Financial Hub”. A key strategic system built for Westpac’s financial transactions management.• Successfully managing a number of simultaneous projects, often in a highly demanding environment with tight deadlines.• A key success factor for me as Project Manager was being adaptable to the fast pace and dynamic needs of the program.
