I'm passionate about young learner English education in Vietnam and have been working in this field as a teacher and manager since 2011. I was previously a regional Academic Manager at a large language school overseeing quality at 20 schools with over 11,000 students. I am now the Academic Director for POLY English School Vietnam, an ed-tech focused school expanding rapidly in the Vietnamese young-learner segment where I curate and manage the R&D department as well as leading the Academic Management team. I believe in the importance of a growth mindset and continued professional development in this dynamic industry and completed my DELTA qualification in 2016 and my Masters in TESOL and Educational Leadership in 2023.
