(Transfield Services is a leading provider or maintenance and asset management services) and expanded the organisation into 11 industries including Property and Defence services, Power, Transport, Transmission and Distribution, Telecommunications, Water, Road, Rail, Mining and Process, Oil and Gas and Oil Refineries.In 2001 Peter was instrumental in the successful listing Transfield Services on the Australian stock exchange. Over the next 8 years he expanded the business internationally into Canada, USA, India, South America, Asia and the Middle East, whilst achieving CAGR in EBITA and NPat over the period of 26%.During this period Peter also became a Director of several joint ventures including Transfield Services Flint, Transfield services Worley, Transfield Services General Electric and became a Director of Yarra Trams. Peter also became a Director of the Transfield Infrasructure fund which was listed in 2006 and mentored and coached the leadership team.
