Teams have established new program records in nearly every statistical category. Consistently one of the top men’s programs in team GPA. Currently ranked 2nd in career wins out of all coaches in Cazenovia College’s Division III athletics history and among top 5 in winning percentage. During coaching tenure the baseball program has the most wins, highest winning percentage and most championships of all athletic programs. Consecutive North Eastern Athletic Conference consecutive regular season Championships (2008 and 2009). ECAC Upstate tournament appearance (2009) and NEAC Championship tournament appearances (2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009). Nominated to second appointment as NEAC Baseball Vice-Chair in May 2012. Served as NEAC Baseball Chair from 2008 to 2010 following appointment as Vice-Chair in 2006. Second appointment to NCAA Division III National Championships New York Regional Ranking Committee in 2013, also member of NY RAC committee from 2007-2009. Current member of ECAC Upstate selection committee beginning in 2011. American Baseball Coaches Association member – 2012 ABCA Century Club member for 100th career coaching victory.

The Cazenovia College Cazenovia Fund/Annual Fund supports the entire Cazenovia College community in part to improve academic programs, enhance facilities, develop new activites, increase financial aid and strengthen student support systems. Annual giving supports expenses of the College not met by tuition and supports our greatest need, student financial aid. Responsible for coordinating $500,00 in annual support including more than $300,000 in unrestricted gifts. Programs have surpassed previous overall record totals for donors, gifts received, total dollars received and phonathon records for each category as well. Work on College’s comprehensive capital campaign with overall goal of $10 million including $2.5 million Cazenovia Fund goal through 2015. Direct annual giving strategies for Cazenovia Fund, Turf Athletic Field, Science Labs and Campus Community. Manage personal prospect portfolio and collaborate with other gift officers and staff on project specific and annual fund proposals. Directly train and supervise Assistant director of the Cazenovia Fund to run phonathon program and to support all annual fund initiatives including campus wide student philanthropy initiatives and young alumni programming. Develop innovative programs, manage volunteers and restructure strategies for Alumni, Employee, Parent and Student fundraising. Direct results include tripling the number of gifts received in each category. Develop new acknowledgement and stewardship process for all gifts. Assist with compilation, editing, and distribution of Annual Report of Donors; create advanced reporting including goal setting and recurring projections reporting as well as accurate campaign and constituent analysis. Represent Cazenovia College development office at Board of Trustee Meetings, Alumni and Community events. Former board member on the Central New York Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).

 Managed phonathon program including scripting, recruitment of new and retention of successful callers, training in calling with tact, accurate recording and education on the College’s advancement history and goals. Provided advancement services support on entering accurate phonathon gift, pledge and appeal response entry as well as Raiser’s Edge data mining for appeals.
