Responsible for quarterly strategies and team focus, visiting key accounts to support both internal and external account managers. 2013 saw MidwichHome achieve sales of £5 million with the new SDA area achieving 1.4 million in first 12 months of trading.

Promoted to Internal Sales Manager, taking on full management responsibilities delivering company objectives and profit targets,whilst continuing to be responsible for 3 key accounts on the retail area. Restructure CI Division, integrated two new product areas into the retail team - consumer accessories & small domestic appliances, team expanded with the addition of 3 external retail reps.

Working within the Audio Visual division I was presented with the challenge to develop then manage all Cedia accredited installers. I was successful in growing revenues from £1.5 million in year one to £4.8 million in year three.

I Joined Midwich Ltd in 2000, Maintaining and developing all Oki Printer business, through internal and external sales activities. An integral part of growing the business from 15% - 48% market share, enabling Midwich to become the leading distributor for Oki Printer products.
