I am an Approach Concepts Expert at Think Research Ltd with extensive experience in the development, validation and deployment of advanced approach concepts. My first approach deployment project was the London Heathrow TBS implementation in 2015 where I supported the development and validation of a worlds first final approach wind service using Mode S data.Following this, I built my experience working with a range of organisations including NATS (UK), EUROCONTROL and Gatwick Airport. The approach concepts that I specialise in include TBS, Pairwise, Optimised Runway Delivery and Weather Dependent Separation as well as integration with flow management concepts such as AMAN, Integrated AMAN/DMAN and Extended AMAN. In addition, through working with airports I have developed experience in Runway Occupancy Time (ROT) performance allowing me to apply this knowledge in advanced final approach concepts that can optimise for ROT.More recently I play a key role in the deployment of the NATS Intelligent Approach (IA) product at various airports around the world as well as continuing to work on the development of future advanced IA capabilities.I use my extensive experience in use of data analytics, modelling and simulation coupled with my knowledge of Approach operations as tools to support investment decisions for ANSPs and Airports.I have developed a sound appreciation of the complexities of integrating new technologies into an operational environment bringing together tool support, HMI, procedures and safety assurance in to a complete and deployable package.
Listed skills include Data Analysis, Aviation, Airports, Flights, and 11 others.
