P R Weeks Services Ltd is a company that specialises in the sales and serviceof food processing equipment and my expertise is in the servicing of Riscofood processing equipment and stockist of a wide range of Risco spare partsfor Risco Mixers and Vacuum fillers. I have also secured the main agency inthe UK for SyMec S.r.l Food processing equipment and successfully sold andimported a highly specified custom built mixer.As I am responsible for all roles with in the company, I have had to build awide range of skills such as technical, financial, marketing, self-awareness andpersonal skills.

Working as a self employed sub-contractor as a Assembly fitter onAircraft Hydraulic components for Military and civilian Aircraft.Mechanical assembly / fitting / testing ,work from engineering drawings,working with hydraulics and fine limit mechanical assemblies.Working with a good understanding of Aerospace practices and working withina team environment and able to work with minimal supervision.

Sole Trader – In November 2005 I decided to start my own business, Itook over my local Bike Shop in Wells. I introduced my new concept to theshop such as a new web site MTB and Road cycling club, on-line retail andEBAY shop. I set up a mobile 'Bike Doctor Service' and provided free bikemaintenance at several charity cycle events such as the Somerset levelsBritish Heart foundation ride and Clic24 Mountain Bike Marathon. I havetaken on the challenge of running my own cycle events the Cheddar GorgeChallenge 58K off road MTB ride and the Somerset Hills Gran Fondo 180K roadsportive. I ran this shop successfully for 5 years in which time I developed aloyal following of satisfied customers and a reputation for quality bikes andservicing.In the 5 years I ran this shop I turned over just shy of one million pounds witha gross profit of 33%, In January 2011 I sold the business to a large local cycle shop.Feb 2011
