Some tool sets were used by support engineers for on-demand troubleshooting; others run automatically in the background to detect and report indicators of subcomponent reliability, enabling anticipation of impending failures to maximize product uptime.● Led a project to modernize remote connectivity methodologies and infrastructure to enable support personnel to resolve customer issues remotely in a secure, scalable, and auditable fashion.● Guided a task force to improve software deployment processes by reducing the time and resources required and improving post-update stability.● Helped business group scale and mature by augmenting our NPIs and software/OS PLC to deliver consistent quality that enables rapid customer deployment and production.● Directed the qualification and release of software updates, product platforms, software SDK, and features for multi-million-dollar digital commercial printing presses, which were driven by a scalable computing infrastructure ranging from ten to fifty enterprise-level servers running a mix of Windows and Linux.● Tracked and reported software quality trends and other key performance indicators. Focused on software functionality and stability; additional emphases include characterization of uptime, availability, and print quality.● Guided the transformation of testing processes from waterfall to agile/scrum in Jira, adapting into SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Emphasis on building a robust automated testing infrastructure and intensive collaboration with the software R&D teams throughout the software lifecycle.
