Lock up and patrol sites, fire testing emergency lighting testing, liaise with customers over the phone, to help them reset their alarm systems and to help solve any problems they may have. going to sites that are predominantly closed to try and ascertain the reason for the activation.

I have to do reports and investigations in a timely and proper manor. I have to collate stats and input them onto the system, the main part of my job is taking of alarms on several different platforms all at the same time when were busy. I have to do the alarm testing throughout the building, talking to customers over the phone trying to sort out their problems, commissioning of systems with engineers, being able to program their DVRs.
