I am a Senior Lawyer at Hazan Hollander, admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and of the High Court of Australia. I qualified at the University of Technology, Sydney in 2000 with double degrees in Applied Chemistry, BSc and Bachelor of Laws, LLB with First Class Honours. I specialise in both litigious and non-litigious areas of intellectual property law (including trade marks, copyright, designs, patents, confidential information, passing off and contravention of s 18 of the Australian Consumer Law (previously s 52 of the Trade Practices Law)). I also practise extensively in the areas of commercial law, commercial litigation and equity.I aim to keep clients out of Court by engaging a number of alternative dispute resolution techniques to achieve positive outcomes for clients - I have been involved in numerous private and Court ordered mediations.
