I was originally introduced to LED Lighting in 2011 but our little family business really took off in 2012 and we are also CARBON TRUST ACCREDITED. This has financial benefits for our clients. Formed the company specialising in IVA's, Trust Deeds, Bankruptcies, Mortgages, Secured loans & PPI claims having identified a niche within the Debt Management market.Responsibilities covered:Initial Company set-up including all paperwork and contracts Development of bespoke Debt Management software package in conjunction with a specialist Software Development House.Set up of contracts with external agencies for the sale of IVA's, Trust Deeds, Mortgages and secured loans and at a later stage PPI claimsTraining and on-going review of Sales Advisors and Customer Services staff.Conversion of Debt Management enquiries generated by Sales Advisors.Preparation of IVA's for ongoing sale to an Insolvency Practitioner.Preparation of Trust deeds for ongoing sale to a Scottish Insolvency Practitioner.Identify opportunities to lower insurances and increase clients disposable income.Identify options for high value re-mortgages/secured loans for alternative solutions including in & out Voluntary Agreements.Liaison with Mortgage Brokers and Insolvency Practitioners regarding information collection and sharing.Discussing and preparing paperwork for high value Bankruptcy options.Collating information on potential PPI claims for ongoing sale to a Solicitor

Brought on board to assist/advise on the build and expansion of a relatively newly formed Debt Management company. Responsible for:Set up of contracts with external agencies for the sale of IVA's, Trust Deeds, Mortgages, Secured Loans, Life and Building & contents Insurances.Conversion of Debt Management enquiries and allocate to appropriate Case Worker.

Initially taken on to increase conversion rates of inbound enquiries into Debt Management cases and became 'Top sales producer' within first 3 months of engagement.Promoted to IVA Department Manager and increased the Company's solutions portfolio by introducing Mortgage and Insurance possibilities. Monthly Financial Sales reports produced and presented at Board level. Designed and implemented a 'structured' commission incentive scheme for Sales Advisors further increasing sales.

Set up the first North-West based Pricewatch distribution centre to provide animal food products to local, small independent pet shops.Building on the initial success, further lines developed including:The manufacture/sale of further 'pet based' products.Importation of specialist fish from various countries including USA and China.Importation of specialist wicker products from Romania.Development and sale of a complete range of dried animal food products.Becoming the first northwest distributor of frozen and live reptile foods.

Brought on board to look after GPI's interests by ensuring correct marketing, approach to market and making sure marketing commission plans were explained and implemented correctly. Directly reporting to Board level with detailed appraisals of performance.

Selling furniture to English and American servicemen serving in Germany via catalogue and home visits. Achieved a 200% increase in sales in eight months.
