Analysis of mobile equipment performance indicators; MTBF, MTTR, Availability and OEE to benchmark against OEM standards and close the gap. Lead root cause analysis of failures and project management of equipment overhauls and rebuilds. Within this role I achieved:Development of automatic reporting tool on industry standard mobile equipment KPI's; Avail, MTBF, MTTR. Report template successfully used across other operations within the business.Design of improved screen for underground equipment operator cabs improving safety and ease of maintenance.Introduction of LEAN principles to underground workshop.

Analyst specializing in heavy mobile equipment in a 12 month mine site optimization project, the Perseverance Improvement Project at BHP Billition Limited Nickel West mine in Leinster, Western Australia. Working alongside Partners in Performance consultants to improve equipment and mine productivity. The project achieved:40% reduction in loader breakdowns,11% increase in LHD availability,8% increase in Jumbo availability,22% increase in drill rig productivity, and5% increase in overall critical fleet availability.
