In a team of DBAs, BA and SAs, migrating existing application systems and database servers to Microsoft Azure cloud VMs. OS Involved: Solaris10/11, AIX5/6/7, Red-hat Linux 6/7, Windows2012.Application servers involved: Oracle Database, Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Legacy, Oracle SOA, Oracle EDQ, Oracle weblogic, Oracle FMW, Sibel CRM, SQL-Server, HPE ALM, CA Harvest, etc. Responsibilities:• Check existing systems and analyze gaps and impacts as to cloud VM services; • Analyze and documents servers requirements for planning and building cloud VMs; • According to Azure cloud VM features, build relevant backup/restore, disaster recovery plan; • Work with BAs and SAs, plan for cluster and High Availability structure on cloud VMs;• Analyze, verify and patch systems on cloud VMs;• Analyze, verify, patching, installing and configure database servers on cloud VMs;• Analyze, verify, patching, installing and configure application system servers on cloud VMs.

As technical leader in a team of about 20 engineers and business analysts, implemented and supported Toshiba Canada Distributed System with Oracle E-Business Suite. This system covers business of procurement to pay, order to cash, contracts to order, service to work, inventory handling and counting, financial accounting as well as assets management.
