Application Coordinator (EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Link, Phoenix Transplant System)•Collaborate with client analyst teams, project directors and subject matter experts from Mount Sinai Medical Center (New York, NY), University of Texas Medical Branch (Galveston, TX) and WakeMed Health & Hospitals (Raleigh, NC) to implement Epic’s suite of Ambulatory applications.•Hold weekly calls, validate workflows, triage issues, compile executive progress reports and manage end user training. Charging Application Success Owner (ASO)• Work as a liaison between clinical and billing groups, acting as a source of truth for any internal-wide questions regarding charge method triggering, testing and troubleshooting. • Update and maintain documentation for all charging related workflows. Foundation System Builder• Develop and enhance Foundation System records to reflect best practices/recommendations for our customers. • Attend relevant R&D workgroup meetings at least once per quarter and educate workgroup members on Foundation development and/or customer happenings. Project Manager, Implementation Consultant• Balance a demanding timeline of customer work, certification training and internal projects. • Onsite customer support: triaging and troubleshooting issues, proposing recommendations, problem management, user and workflow demonstrations, communication enhancements and improvement requests. • Test internal software environment to make sure appropriate updates are conducted.• Triage wiki-page submissions and revise or approve links for company web environment. • Conduct end user follow-ups to progress customer satisfaction and implement needed recommendations.

Perform market research for four accounts: OceanSpray, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Truth campaign (TheTurth.com), and Carbonite Data Storage.Create score-sheets and proposal ideas for each account on how they can better market their products.
