1. Set up supplier sourcing , evaluation , quality management strategy and process , manage supplier APQP / PPAP.2. Plan and organize potential supplier audit , annual supplier audit , supplier product audit , OTS audit , PPAP audit , random fly audit . 3. Manage supplier change request , supplier KPI, quality claim to supplier.4. Lead SQE team to maintain and optimize the supplier quality management system.5. Monitor the status of supplier quality system 。6. Based on the new project request , work with purchasing department to source and develop new supplier. 7. Monitor and review supplier quality performance on regular basis.8. Lead SQE team to do regular supplier evaluation, identify the high risk supplier to do the improvement program.

According to quality target, work out the working plan and budget plan of quality department, implement the plan to achieve the target. Manage and control quality system , include process and document control. Manage team to handle customer complaint , organize team to analyze quality incident and work out corrective and preventive action , prepare 8D report. Understand and deploy the customer requirement to the team. Manage process continue improvement. Work out customer launch support plan , ensure the stable ramp up at customer. Responsible for PPAP approval. Ensure APQP process is well implemented and proficient in the tasks required.

Manage project quality manager team.Involve project acquisition, identify customer quality requirement, provide related cost from quality department( e.g. Headcounter , fixed asset) Attend Bosch internal quality gate review.Attend System FMEA, Design FMEA, Process FMEA discussionAttend risk assessment workshop .Involve EMC test, reliability tests and FEP test plan setup. Provide transparent and independent reporting of the quality status during the development phase.Work out quality prognosis , based on similar project to identify risks , implement lessons learned. Work out customer launch support plan , ensure the stable ramp up at customer. Responsible for PPAP approval.Ensure APQP process is well implemented and proficient in the tasks required.Attend customer audit, track all OPLs to closure .
