SAP Basis 3rd Level Support I have been working as a SAP Technical consultant / SAP Delivery lead on the highest, 3rd level SAP Basis support team in the SAP (EAO) tower, which is part of the IT outsourcing division of HP. The position involves SAP Basis consulting and support services („SAP delivery lead“), leading and project management of technical projects in SAP Basis and related technical areas (platform, network, storage, backup). I am in contact with customer on daily basis and I am actively managing customer requirements and translating them into real projects. I am performing SAP Basis / implementation tasks myself and/or within the team or larger teams. In this role, I have end-to-end technical responsibility for the customer environment, escalation path for SAP incident management, change and problem management, regular account review and planning meetings. In addition I am coordinating and consulting lower level support teams, creating operational documentation for them and consult any issues they may have. I have also performed several technical trainings to the in-house staff. The clients I had supported included UCB Pharma,; , Inchcape, Indexis and Airbus.

During this period I worked on 2nd line SAP BASIS team assigned to Hewlett Packard Bratislava. My responsibilities were mainly daily SAP basis support for customer in EMEA region including solving incidents and service calls affecting SAP environments. I performed tasks like SAP system/database copies, migrations, support packages implementation and SAP performance troubleshooting. In addition I had also worked in job scheduling area for example integrating $universe with SAP and with Batchman.

I worked as an IT Administrator for Slovak Railways mainly acting as end user IT support for company employees.

I worked as an IT admin, in an offshore investment company in their Bratislava and Nice, France office. Main activities included LAN administration, creating and updating of company web sites, creating databases in Microsoft Access. This included dealing with operational problems, upgrades, enhancements as well as end-user support and troubleshooting.
