Advanced Materials Division- Developing global division strategy and coordinating cross-functional execution- Leading new business development for the hydrogen economy within the division in collaboration with 3M Element, 3M Ventures, and Corporate Research to build a holistic portfolio roadmap, technology pipeline and external partnerships for commercialization- Responsible for portfolio actions and inorganic development through external partnerships, collaborations, and equity investments

Display Materials & Systems Division- Identified, evaluated, and commercialized solutions in emerging technology spaces relating to consumer electronics and overlapping market applications; examples include mini and microLEDs, optics in health monitoring, augmented reality, and specialty applications like blue-light filtering- Lead cross-functional assessment of customer needs, technology requirements, product roadmap planning, and business model solutions - Identified and worked with external partners to accelerate development, including coordination with 3M corporate ventures for minority equity investments

Display Materials & Systems DivisionBusiness and strategic lead for new product commercialization and platform development centered around LCD displays and optical components in consumer electronic markets

Internal consulting group focused on strategy, marketing, and business development projects across the company- Project work including insight generation to support new product launches, business model development for new technologies, customer VOC and value proposition refinement, cross-functional capability assessments with subsequent M&A hopper building, and workshop facilitation- Rotation through Corporate Strategy including project work to support the 5-year strategic planning process, develop predictive analytics to improve financial forecasting, and risk assessment & scenario planning.
