•Create and maintain role based training curricula and training data for site•Provide support for annual curricula review to ensure accurate role-based training isassigned and evaluated.•Provide training support and tracking for all departments and enforce compliance•Develop, coordinate and schedule training for corporate policies, SOPs and GMPs•Develop and deliver training content for deviations, CAPAs and effectiveness checks•Develop and maintain training metrics and reports for key performance indicators

•Convert video into modern, engaging, computer based training• Tailor Elearning programs to meet customized needs of clients, especially global clients with multilingual needs• Manage an extensive library of GMP training content• Customized LMS Implementation for specific clients, specific LMS systems have included: SAP SuccessFactors, Ascentis’ LMS, ADP, Moodle, Blackboard

Developing, designing, and managing training programs and initiatives. Producing technical communications, from conception to completion, for a variety of industries
