Working for department Engineering & Renovation. All kind of designs for renovations, add-ons and new constructions. What made this role special, was that I was developing quickly from a draftsman to a group leader and one of the few representatives travelling to the vessels/equipment and sites for inspections and supervision.

Branch: shipbuilding from sections till ships...Budget calculations, production planning and control by means of earned value (and earned schedule) technics.Implementation of improvements in production efficiency. (Lean production).

Overall responsible for planning of maintenance and repair of the companies Inland Fleet; a.o. hopper dredgers, a cutter suction dredger, barge unloading vessels, plough boats, survey vessels, water injection dredger, etc.One of my projects was the implementation of a planned maintenance program for the Inland Fleet.Furthermore I was involved in a new building project for a hopper dredger and occasionally on other projects for the Seagoing Fleet.

In continuation of my graduation I made some calculations on the subject of steel floating pipelines.
