Office Manager for the largest green grass golf retail store in Europe. Highly motivated and a great communicator. Role involves line managing an office team, working alongside the Warehouse as well as supporting my own line manager and Director of the Company. Key roles:• Working for the busiest on course golf Store in Europe.• Office Manager, delegating work and optimise staff productivity.• Running detailed weekly reports on sales• Ensuring stock levels are appropriate to maximise profits.• Coding of products in the store to enable monitoring of all stock. • Representative of the company working alongside major Golf Suppliers in order to secure and buy stock to maximise margins.• Running custom fit team, placing unique orders with Supplier and ensuring the customer is informed of progression throughout the process.• Cross check all invoices and work with the accounts team to monitor to prevent discrepancies• Coordinate quarterly stock takes for DMGS and Left Handed Golf• Liaise with the warehouse team to control incoming stock and verify orders • Analyse reports to fully understand stock to reorder.• Attend meetings with marketing team to present ideas to promote Silvermere complex. • Manage staff rotas and provide sickness cover.• Manage and develop staff through appraisals and 1:1s.• Prioritise own work and all team members• Involved with the recruitment of new staff members and induction• Deputise for operations manager in his absence on site and in meetings
