The Enablement & Solution Consulting team’s mission is to enable action from insight. We are responsible for ensuring customers understand the value and practical application of EcoVadis solutions, so that they can progress on their sustainable procurement journey. We are also responsible for increasing the effectiveness of all Frontline roles (Sales, Customer Success and Services of Engagement) via high adoption of new skills, tools & processes, and of solutions & regulation expertise.

I lead Solution Consulting at EcoVadis. My team’s mission is to enable EcoVadis customers to take prioritized action on sustainability in their value chains, driven by specific insights and capabilities from EcoVadis solutions.

- Led EcoVadis’ Center of Excellence, whose mission is to deepen collaboration between EcoVadis and our customers to reduce risk, drive performance and improve environmental and social outcomes in their supply chains.

- Evaluation of corporate sustainability management systems of over 1,000 suppliers, including qualitative research into CSR practices according to business activity, geography and international standards (e.g. GRI, ISO 26000)- Client Training Coordinator: management of the EcoVadis training services for our client community, including the formalization and standardization of EcoVadis training offerings, delivery of trainings to hundreds of procurement professionals, and management of the EcoVadis training team to ensure effective capacity building and integration of the EcoVadis solution in client procurement organizations- Project Leader in the development of EcoVadis' CSR assessment methodology, including research into and development of considerations for the U.S. market, including alignment with CDP and DJSI, as well as development of key operational processes for the Evaluation Services team- Internal Training Coordinator for HQ: Development of the EcoVadis training program for new analysts to facilitate company growth in the U.S. and internationally, as well as direct training of new and current analysts

- Conducted project as the central component of the professional development organization’s supply chain survey standardization efforts- Interviewed sustainability and supply chain professionals at Fortune 500 companies, followed by qualitative data analysis of supply chain survey questions to develop a roadmap for standardization that enables meaningful supplier engagement, in order to mitigate risk and generate growth opportunities- Presented the preliminary project findings at the 2013 Climate Leadership Conference, providing recommendations and establishing a roadmap to move ACCO's supply chain project forward
