Part of my work at Pannonia Cegcsoport. Mostly B2C and B2B marketing and sales, CR and PR. As newly founded solar energy company, i concentrated most of my time here. In a highly competitive and price-sensitive market, where the real added value is the company expertise, we doubled the company income in the first year through a new, custom build online ERP system with intagrated CRM, wich supported a new, streamlined company workflow(wich covered our relationship with the customer from the first contact), and opened the company up for a freshly organized, countrywide network of independent sales representative.

Part of my work at Pannonia Cégcsoport. The Horgász és Szabadidőpark Joó-tó Kft. is tourism and catering company, based around multiple artificial lake in the hungarian countryside. Offering services from amateur fishing, to bnb, wellness, a decent restaurant with fast meals and even eventplanning. My job here started with a new company image: new website, new social media tools, new communication. I also reconstructed the service portfolio based on real customer data, making cuts where it needed to be.With a new company ERP, we reduced the number of people working in the bnb part of the company, from 10 to only 5 people. We build a new online reservation system(part of the ERP), wich supported online payment, and automated CR tasks. The new system also supported remarketing based on custom audiences and we integrated multiple sales funnels with upsell and everything nice.With this, in the first year we doubled the number of reservations (2015: 28%, 2016: 64%, 2017: 62%(2017 July data)) , and in 2017 we were able to increase our price, making the jump to the premium category.
