As a Portfolio Analyst, it was my job to work closely with project managers and keep track of financial information and the status of projects. I met regularly with three project managers and reviewed project plans, analyzed possible risks a project might have, and submitted projects for approval to the program manager.I became heavily involved in the execution of three projects. My job was to communicate project goals with our internal engineers, describe the risks and possible effects it could have on their department, overcome concerns and help complete the project with 100% happy customers. I learned a lot from my mistakes but in the end the project finished early became a huge success for everyone involved.
