In addition to recruiting and managing apprentices and clients, I had responsibility for sourcing and managing an internal team to run the scheme. K10 was founded in 2010 to address the declining number of apprentices working in the construction sector and the difficulties contractors faced when committed to delivering effective apprenticeship programmes. K10 works in collaboration with government, local authorities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, training providers and third sector organisations. Initially Responsible for 50-70 apprentices placed on major central London construction sites for clients including MACE, Argent, Quintain, British Land, Landsec, Sir Robert McAlpine and Barratt London major I managed every step of the apprenticeship process from Recruiting & vetting candidates, organising placements, winning new business from clients and the day-to-day performance management of my team.

• Started as bar support carrying out behind the scenes work to ensure smooth operation. • After 11 months promoted to Head Bar Support, responsibilities included assigning daily job roles for 8 Bar Support staff and stock deliveries.• After 16 months promoted to Club Supervisor, responsibilities included stock counting, key holding, disciplining employees and money counting. • Gained experience in working unsociable hours and in management of staff.
