Served as Agile Coach to four Scrum teams of varying levels of proficiency and one Kanban team at the US Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Aligned all teams into Scrum events, coached Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and clients in order to obtain user-centric results.Led a 22-person team of Enterprise Architecture professionals at the US Department of State, Bureau of Consular Affairs. My responsibility included: - Controlling an annual project budget of $4.2M - Managing multiple subcontracts, 1099's, and employees - Delivering on three value streams: Engineering, Research, and Prototyping in an Scaled Agile - Environment (Full SAFe Configuration) - Coordinating work with five clients: four GPMs and the Division ChiefBetween October 2009 and June 2018, I served on multiple engagements at various Federal agencies. My achievements included writing a functional requirements document for a nationally distributed, 4,000-user timekeeping solution; managing operations and development for a Salesforce implementation; Standing up a Project Management Office for a $100M IT portfolio; and designing the user interface and experience for an international organization’s financial reporting application. Designed the user interface for the foreign labor certification portal at the US Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration.

Led business development and hands-on web design at the US House of Representatives. Increased the number of clients from 3 to 12 Members of Congress.
