I launched and managed an international e-commerce product and am part of several femtech medical devices product teams (software & hardware). I navigated legal, regulatory, medical, and privacy challenges associated with these products. I lead a team of researchers, designers, developers, marketers, and digital experts (internal & external). I manage the department’s digital marketing strategy and campaign management. I integrated design thinking and service design principles into the organization's core strategies.

I was a Product Owner for the Budapest Airport website project, overseeing its custom CMS development. I consulted with SMBs about product strategies and executing domestic and international digital marketing campaigns.

I managed and redesigned the B2C and B2B e-commerce products, winning the ‘Best IT E-commerce Site' two years in a row. I led an in-house team of UX/UI designers, researchers, analysts, and developers. I managed the digital campaigns, where we achieved a 40% revenue surge in three years with a much smaller ROAS.

I launched and managed domestic and international e-commerce products and an augmented reality-based 3D sofa builder mobile app. I led an internal team of marketers, content creators, and graphic designers; and an external team of 3D model builders, animators, and developers. We achieved in two years over 400% revenue growth and tripled our conversion rate.
