Responsible for overall design quality, creative direction and user experience for both responsive web and native mobile products.Developed overarching design principles, practices and methodologies to co-ordinate design efforts across the organisation in order to foster alignment and build toward a shared experience vision. Also acted as the lead designer on a multitude of key product and brand initiatives across the business.
