Throughout my academic career I have gained valuable knowledge in human anatomy/physiology, nutrition, core sciences such as chemistry, biology, and physics, as well as a strong foundation in neuroscience. Companies that I have been associated with have instilled numerous skills including: customer service, communications, and experience with various electronic medical records (EMRs). My current role as an Emergency Medicine Telehealth Coordinator allows me to work alongside providers and patients, making sure all patients are registered and can properly access their appointments. In addition, I am currently employed with Orchard Park Family Practice, where I serve as a full-time Medical Assistant. All of these aforementioned opportunities have allowed me to gain priceless experience as I work towards applying to medical school. I am interested in trauma surgery, gastroenterology, infectious disease, and neurology.
