• Planned and built out a new Disaster Recovery (DR) site in less than 6 months.
• Deployed new Pure Storage Infrastructure to migrate from HP 3Par arrays of over 750+ TB worth of data from the legacy store, reducing datacenter footprint.
• Stabilized the virtual infrastructure (running vSphere 6.5) to meet the high demand of development and product life-cycle
• Deployed Dell FX2 infrastructure and Open Manage Essentials (OME) to reduce the overall fault-domain and simplify cabling/racking.

• Designed and built a private cloud based upon VMware vCloud 5.5 reducing management time and cutting hardware costs by pooling resources running on Hitachi VSP Storage and HP C7000 Chassis.

Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC)

• Designed new virtual infrastructure based on VMware as the foundation for Infrastructure as a Service. Presented the design architecture to the Deputy CIO.
• Developed an automated build process for Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 server.
• Led and coordinated the team from multiple disciplines and divisions for the office expansion project, consisting of 3 new sites and over 5,000 additional users within 6 months in response to the financial crisis of.
• Planned, coordinated, and executed a project to relocate the data center to an alternate site; defined and analyzed requirements orally and written.

Corporation For National & Community Service (CNCS)

• Handpicked by the SRA CEO to help with the troubled project that was highly visible within the company while still supporting another project/client during the period.
• Successfully stabilized the project from an elevated risk level to a successful completion, and received an appreciation note from the CNCS CIO.

Department Of Health And Human Services E-Mail Consolidation (HHSMAIL)

• Planned and managed email migration of agencies into a centralized, managed email system.
• Automated and streamlined the migration steps via scripts
