Clemen Consulting can also provide help with project management if needed a project manager per contract basis. I have more than 6 years’ experience as a project manager in complex development projects from Idea to first introduction of the product. Clemen Consulting can also offer consultancy regarding LEAN tools, where I have several years of experience in using LEAN tools in a development environment. I have experience in using LEAN tools in both departments and projects.

Product Developer with a broad knowledge of liquid and solid formulation techniques with a special interest in micro-encapsulation. Working with long-term projects developing innovative and new products for the agrochemical market. Support of existing products (troubleshooting) and upscaling of the formulations developed in the lab to pilot plant and finally production has also been a part of the work. Introducing new products to the farmers through identification, development, production, registration and marketing. In these projects up to 13 groups/departments can be involved. The last years lean was introduced to the development projects and was trained in several lean tools.
