This included advising on managed services, flexible lawyering and technology offerings and alliances. It also included designing and developing a Legal Operations and Transformation Services business plus business development activities to win business for KPMG and then delivering on that business with several large organisations in Australia.

As a member of the firm's executive management and leadership teams I was responsible for for all aspects of the firm's technology products - database, software platforms & analytics and e-learning courses - due diligence, training & education products and advisory consulting services.Responsibilities include product strategy, new product evaluation, project management of technology product development, product and service pricing, profitability, go-to-market, sales and support readiness and customer satisfaction.Involves supporting sales on strategic sales opportunities and remotely managing and training a team of internal and external software engineers, data scientists, product managers, product marketers, instructional designers and lawyers.Lead the development and deployment of a critical upgrade for a software platform and a database product.Lead the development and pre-launch preparations for a new software platform, data analytics tool and an adaptive e-learning compliance product.

Established the company's first dedicated compliance function. Developed and maintained the company's anti-bribery, anti-trust and data privacy programs including risk assessment processes, policy re-writes, third party due diligence processes, audits and international investigations. Re-defined and re-invented the company's approach to compliance training using Design Thinking and obtained executive support for new approach.Wrote and storyboarded a suite of custom and unique e-learning courses and worked with an external vendor to develop a range of 2D and 3D courses. Liaised with internal HRIS team to deploy the new courses for all global employees. Conceived and implemented creative ways to integrate compliance into the business including automated due diligence and novel individual and group in-person training and communications.

Managed a team of lawyers throughout EMEA.Re-engineered legal and business processes, re-directed work and re-purposed, and trained, the legal teams to focus more on business partnering.Initiated the data protection, competition law and anti-bribery compliance programs.
