Developed (in team of 3) the DSM approach for translating Business Strategy into Operations Strategy and Asset Footprint design. Typically the addressed topics range from Macro (market trends, competitive landscape, value proposition, demand outlook, etc.) to Micro (set-up, performance & cost of current sites and supply chain, improvement potential, make-or-buy, investment options, etc.) and the Operations Strategy that is eventually developed has major (direct) impact on investments and improvements. Successfully delivered over 11 Operations Strategies in either a Project Lead, Facilitator or Team Member role across DSM's Business Groups (i.e. DSM Nutritional Products, DSM Biomedical, DSM Food Specialties, DSM Resins and Functional Materials, DSM Fiber Intermediates, DSM Dyneema) and regions (Europe, North America). Achieved significant CAPEX and OPEX savings. Project director for the design and implementation of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at DSM Nutritional Products (November 2014 - August 2015)

Initiated, managed and delivered Supply Chain Improvement projects (e.g. working capital reduction, portfolio optimization, lead time reduction, network optimization) at several of DSM's business groups.

Delivered a broad range of projects (e.g. global working capital reduction program, (operations) due diligence, tax optimized supply chains) in different roles (project lead, work stream lead, team member) at customers in different industries (Chemicals, FMCG, Electronics) and countries (Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, United States).
