Typically the addressed topics range from Macro (market trends, competitive landscape, value proposition, demand outlook, etc.) to Micro (set-up, performance & cost of current sites and supply chain, improvement potential, make-or-buy, investment options, etc.) and the Operations Strategy that is eventually developed has major (direct) impact on investments and improvements. Successfully delivered over 11 Operations Strategies in either a Project Lead, Facilitator or Team Member role across DSM's Business Groups (i.e. DSM Nutritional Products, DSM Biomedical, DSM Food Specialties, DSM Resins and Functional Materials, DSM Fiber Intermediates, DSM Dyneema) and regions (Europe, North America).
