Project management of the 190 Strand scheme working with the senior project manager. My involvement was multidisciplinary with the scoping, tendering and award of the secant piled four storey RC basement and six block structure, roads, utilities, M&E, lifts, facade and finishes. 190 Strand comprises of 206 luxury apartments, swimming pool and business centre. I was instrumental in presenting and agreeing a change to two phase occupation which considered financial aspects such as ROCE, margin impact and also programme and logistical impacts. I worked closely with the health and safety, sustainability, technical and commercial teams leading consultant selection and procurement strategies, reporting to the senior management team and Directors at all levels whilst overseeing a team of 12.Management of the Woolwich Crossrail Station Box. This involved package management of the large diameter piling, CFA piling and diaphragm walling and oversight of the package managers for the RC, major excavation, temporary propping and fireproofing packages with a targeted four month programme reduction for beneficial early access for Crossrail. Input also into the development of designs for access roads and utilities.

Responsible for delivery of 60,000m2 of security screening & VIP hosting areas for the main entrance to the 2012 olympics.
